Shenzhen Investment Limited (the “Company”) (00604) has announced the retirement of Executive Director Ms. Shi Xiaomei, effective 23 January 2026, due to her having reached retirement age.
According to the announcement, Ms. Shi confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no issues to be brought to the attention of shareholders concerning her retirement. The Board expressed appreciation for her contributions during her tenure.
As of the announcement date, the Board comprises six directors, including three executive directors—Mr. Wang Yuwen, Ms. Cai Xun, and Mr. Yan Zhongyu—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Li Wai Keung, Dr. Wong Yau Kar, David, and Prof. Gong Peng.
