公告显示，现年42岁的徐昊昊为润禾国际股份有限公司的主要股东及执行董事，拥有加拿大温尼伯大学金融管理学士学位及香港城市大学行政人员工商管理硕士学位，具备财务及企业管理经验。徐昊昊自2023年5月31日起担任大禹金融控股有限公司（1073）的非执行董事，并于2024年6月4日起出任该公司执行董事；2019年9月至2022年8月曾担任民生国际有限公司（938）执行董事兼行政总裁；2014年12月至2019年6月曾在CWT International Limited（521）担任执行董事，并出任联席主席及行政总裁等职务。
于公告日期，徐昊昊透过其受控法团Victory Summit Global Limited持有圣马丁国际539,707股股份。
