FULLSHARE Holdings (00607) announced that, upon the recommendation of its audit committee, the board has resolved to propose the appointment of BDO CPA Limited (BDO) as the company's new auditor. The appointment will be effective until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
