SBS Transit Ltd announced on Dec, 30 2025 that Ms Tan Ai Ching (Eleana) will join the company’s Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective Jan, 1 2026.
Tan will also be appointed to the Audit & Risk Committee. After her induction, the board will consist of ten directors and the Audit & Risk Committee will have five members chaired by Ms Lee Sok Koon.
