WAI CHUN BIOTEC (00660) has announced the issuance of new shares following the conversion of a convertible bond.
The company confirmed that on July 7, 2026, convertible bonds with a principal amount of HK$1 million were converted into shares at a conversion price of HK$0.01 per share.
This conversion has resulted in the issuance of 16,666,700 new ordinary shares.
