消息面上，Circle宣布，已获得美国货币监理署（OCC）批准，将设立第一国家数字货币银行（First National Digital Currency Bank, NA），该机构将以「Circle National Trust」名义运营。
此次获批意味着该机构将直接受到OCC的联邦监管，OCC是全国性银行及全国性信托银行的主要监管机构。根据官方新闻稿，Circle National Trust开业后将为Circle及其附属公司提供受信数字资产托管服务。
