董事会指出，回购资金将根据适用香港法规及上市规则，从公司合法的可分配储备拨付，确保符合香港法例及相关监管规定。董事会认为，实施股份购回有助于提高股东回报及优化资本结构。
公告显示，公司近十二个月股价最高曾达0.81港元，最低约为0.455港元。董事会强调，相关购回授权仍需在2026年6月23日举行的股东周年大会上以普通决议案表决通过。根据董事会意见，此举符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
