XXF Group (02473) has announced that Ms. Shi Xueling has tendered her resignation as the company secretary, effective March 20, 2026. Ms. Mai Baowen has been appointed as the new company secretary, also effective March 20, 2026. Following her resignation, Ms. Shi will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents or notices under the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Law, effective March 20, 2026. From that date, the newly appointed company secretary, Ms. Mai, will assume the role of the authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance.
