Icon Culture Global Company Limited (8500) disclosed that its Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Compliance Officer, Ms. Liang Wei, resigned with effect from 10 February 2026. The departure is attributed to her decision to dedicate more time to her own business pursuits. According to the announcement, Ms. Liang has no disagreement with the board, and the board expressed appreciation for her contributions.
With the effective resignation, there is currently no female director on the board, leading to non-compliance with Rule 17.104 of the GEM Listing Rules and code provision Part 2 B.3.5 of the Corporate Governance Code in Appendix C1. The company aims to appoint a suitable female candidate within three months of Ms. Liang’s resignation date to restore compliance with listing requirements and its board diversity policy.
