亚积邦租赁控股有限公司（01496）8月31日发布盈利警告称，根据对截至2026年7月31日止4个月未经过审的综合管理账目初步审阅，集团已录得除税后亏损约7.8百万元，而上一财年同期则录得除税后溢利约4.0百万元。
公司解释，由盈转亏主要因2026年4个月期间香港设备租赁收益较2025年同期减少约12.6百万元，跌幅38.8%，原因是香港国际机场第三条跑道相关工程接近竣工，相关设备租赁需求下降。
在此基础上，集团预计截至2026年9月30日止六个月将录得除税后亏损约10.0百万元至13.0百万元，而上一财年同期则录得除税后溢利约5.1百万元。
董事会表示，上述数据仅基于初步管理账目及现有资料，尚未经核数师审阅。公司计划于2026年11月底前公布截至2026年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
