CROSS-HAR(HOLD) (00032) has announced its interim results for 2026, with total revenue from continuing operations reaching approximately HK$437 million, reflecting a 4.1% decrease year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders stood at around HK$404 million, down 22.1% compared to the same period last year.
Earnings per share were recorded at HK$1.08, while an interim dividend of HK$0.07 per share for the second quarter has been declared.
The company noted that the reduction in revenue was primarily driven by lower income generated from its driving school operations and financial management business. Furthermore, the decrease in profit was mainly attributed to a reduced profit contribution from the financial management segment.
