Former Xiaomi Executive Wang Teng Announces New Company "Jinri Yixiu" Focused on Sleep Health Product Development

On January 8, former General Manager of Xiaomi China's Marketing Department and Redmi Brand General Manager Wang Teng announced via a Weibo post that after leaving Xiaomi, he began preparations to start a business, and his new company has recently been established. The company is named "Jinri Yixiu" (Today is a good day to rest), with the goal of developing sleep health-related products to help people achieve better energy levels.
According to reports, in September of this year, Xiaomi internally issued a notice stating that Wang Teng had leaked confidential company information and was involved in serious violations of rules and discipline, including conflicts of interest. The company decided to dismiss Wang Teng as a disciplinary measure.
