Meilleure Health Announces HKD 0.004 Final Dividend per Share for FY2025

Meilleure Health International Industry Group Limited declared a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.004 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its announcement dated 27 March 2026. The dividend will be subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 26 June 2026.

The Hong Kong-listed company has set 31 July 2026 as the ex-dividend date. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 03 August 2026 to qualify for the payout. The share register will be closed from 04 August 2026 to 05 August 2026, with the record date fixed on 05 August 2026.

Upon approval, the cash dividend will be distributed on 28 August 2026 in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate of HKD 1:HKD 1. The announcement specifies that no withholding tax applies to this distribution.

The board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Zhou Xuzhou, Dr. Zeng Wentao, and Ms. Zhou Wen Chuan; Non-executive Director Dr. Mao Zhenhua; and Independent Non-executive Directors Professor Chau Chi Wai, Wilton, Mr. Chen Shi, and Mr. Wu Peng.
