01 Sky Eagle The Sky Eagle drone is a large multifunctional medium-to-high altitude long-endurance unmanned aircraft system developed by Beihang University. Featuring modular and redundant design technologies, it offers high safety and autonomy characteristics. The platform can carry various types of mission equipment on the same flight platform, forming multiple mission configurations to adapt to different operational scenarios. It is suitable for long-duration reconnaissance operations in terrestrial and marine environments and possesses certain external payload capabilities.
02 WJ-700 The WJ-700 drone is a high-altitude, high-speed, long-endurance reconnaissance-strike integrated unmanned aircraft system developed by Haiying Aviation General Equipment Co., Ltd. under the Third Academy of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. The aircraft successfully completed its maiden flight on January 11, 2021. Utilizing aviation turbofan engines and composite material technology, it combines high-altitude, high-speed, long-endurance, and heavy payload capabilities. It possesses standoff ground attack, anti-ship, and anti-radiation precision strike capabilities, with a maximum flight altitude of 15,000 meters and maximum endurance of 20 hours. Its high-altitude, high-speed characteristics enable weapon deployment ranges of 50-80 kilometers, with 11 configurations forming 9 combat modes. The aircraft was publicly displayed at the Zhuhai Airshow in 2022 and 2024, listed as core equipment in China Aerospace Science & Industry's counter-drone system.
03 Sky Eagle (Putian Diao) The "Putian Diao" drone is a single-engine, multi-purpose medium-altitude long-endurance unmanned aircraft developed by Sichuan Tengden Technology Co., Ltd., featuring high reliability and safety. It can provide flexible flight support for national livelihood projects including environmental monitoring, geological exploration, topographical mapping, pipeline inspection, vegetation monitoring, atmospheric research, and sports photography. It also offers reliable aviation platforms for public safety missions such as counter-terrorism and stability maintenance, border patrol, forest fire prevention, land and sea search and rescue, precision delivery, communication relay, and environmental law enforcement.
04 Twin-Tailed Scorpion Series 4.1 Twin-Tailed Scorpion TW328 The TW328 is a large propeller-driven reconnaissance-strike integrated drone manufactured in China, developed by Sichuan Tengden Technology. It adopts a unique aerodynamic configuration with high aspect ratio upper monoplane wings and twin-boom extended twin vertical tail design, enhancing fuselage strength and flight stability.
4.2 Twin-Tailed Scorpion A TW328-A The TW328-A is an enhanced-power variant of the Twin-Tailed Scorpion drone, featuring a large triple-engine, modular, multi-purpose, medium-altitude long-endurance fixed-wing unmanned aircraft system. The three-engine, three-generator configuration significantly improves wide-area deployment, short takeoff and landing, high-altitude performance, high-power supply capability, and safety reliability while maintaining the Twin-Tailed Scorpion's existing advantages.
4.3 Twin-Tailed Scorpion D The "Twin-Tailed Scorpion D" is a new support and logistics variant developed on the Twin-Tailed Scorpion platform, representing the world's first large quadruple-engine, multi-purpose, medium-altitude long-endurance fixed-wing unmanned aircraft system. With a wingspan of 20 meters, length of 10.5 meters, height of 3.1 meters, maximum takeoff weight of 4.35 tons, maximum payload of 1.5 tons, and maximum cargo space of 5 cubic meters, the drone features four engines and generator configurations.
05 Mixed River Dragon (TU) TW 165 The Mixed River Dragon is a cost-effective, multi-purpose, amphibious light unmanned aircraft system. It is suitable for diverse takeoff and landing environments including airport runways, water surfaces, roads, and grasslands, offering broad application space and comparative advantages in specific scenarios such as maritime management, water search and rescue, island transportation, fisheries management, and environmental law enforcement.
06 Twin-Engine Fixed-Wing Unmanned Transport Aircraft Macro1.5 The Macro1.5 has a maximum takeoff weight of 1,500 kilograms, effective payload of 500 kilograms, and maximum range of 1,000 kilometers. The product adopts an overall design scheme featuring "full composite materials, high-wing configuration, twin-engine, twin-boom, ultra-large cargo compartment space, and openable tail compartment."
07 HH-100 Type The HH-100 commercial unmanned transport system aircraft platform adopts a high-wing, twin-boom fuselage, piston engine, and tricycle landing gear configuration. It features a maximum takeoff weight of 2,000kg, commercial payload capacity of 700kg, full-load range of 520km, maximum cruise speed of 300km/h, and maximum service altitude of 5,000m.
08 Eagle Eye 5E BZK-005 The BZK-005 drone is a medium-to-high altitude long-range unmanned reconnaissance aircraft with stealth capabilities. The fuselage features a thin-wall structure primarily based on frame load-bearing. The Harbin BZK-005 drone is known as China's "Global Hawk," with approximately 40 hours endurance, maximum flight altitude of 8,000 meters, maximum takeoff weight exceeding 1,500 kilograms, payload weight of 300 kilograms, and operational radius exceeding 2,500 kilometers, primarily used for reconnaissance missions and intelligence gathering.
09 Wing Loong Series 9.1 Wing Loong-1 The Wing Loong-1 is a medium-altitude long-endurance reconnaissance-strike integrated multi-purpose large unmanned aircraft system independently developed by Chengdu Aircraft Design Institute of Aviation Industry Corporation of China. 9.2 Wing Loong-1D The Wing Loong-1D drone is a derivative of the Wing Loong-1, achieving technical upgrades while maintaining similar appearance, with maiden flight in early 2022. The Wing Loong-1D system has a maximum flight speed of 280 km/h and maximum endurance of 35 hours.
9.3 Wing Loong-2 The Wing Loong-2 drone adopts conventional aerodynamic configuration, manufactured with composite materials, and equipped with turboprop engines. It features medium-to-high altitude, long-endurance, integrated reconnaissance-strike multi-purpose functionality, suitable for military missions, counter-terrorism and stability maintenance, border patrol, and civilian applications.
10 Rainbow Series 10.1 Rainbow-4 Medium-Altitude Reconnaissance/Strike Unmanned System Beyond military applications, the Rainbow-4 drone can be applied to airborne geophysical exploration, maritime patrol, maritime emergency search, relay communication, marine environment monitoring and assessment, marine ecological disaster monitoring, marine oil spill monitoring, and marine flora and fauna protection.
10.2 Rainbow-5 Medium-Altitude Reconnaissance/Strike Drone The "Rainbow-5" drone can also carry electronic warfare integrated systems, executing communication reconnaissance jamming, radar reconnaissance jamming missions, and conducting regional jamming suppression against adversaries.
10.3 Rainbow-3 Medium-Altitude Multi-Purpose Drone The Rainbow-3 drone uses piston engines, with maximum range reaching 2,400 kilometers and cruise time of 12 hours without refueling. Equipped with photography and video equipment, it can serve as a reconnaissance aircraft.
10.4 Rainbow-10 Unmanned Tiltrotor Aircraft The Rainbow-10 unmanned tiltrotor aircraft is a new type of unmanned aerial vehicle combining helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft technologies, capable of vertical takeoff and landing in helicopter mode and high-speed cruise in fixed-wing mode, with flight mode conversion through rotor tilting.
10.5 Rainbow-804D The Rainbow-804D drone adopts high aspect ratio wings with 6.4-meter wingspan, capable of takeoff and landing in crosswind conditions under 10 m/s. The aircraft's rear fuselage features a propeller for forward propulsion, with maximum flight speed of 130 km/h, cruise speed of 100 km/h, cruise altitude of 200-3,000 meters, service ceiling of 4,000 meters, range of 400 kilometers, and operational radius of 100 kilometers. With takeoff weight of 100 kilograms, it can carry 10-15 kilograms payload.
11 HK Series 11.1 HK-5000G Medium-to-High Altitude Long-Endurance Fixed-Wing Drone The HK-5000G features an unspecified jet engine mounted at the tail, with satellite communication antenna housed within dark radome material at the nose. As a reconnaissance platform, it can carry electro-optical reconnaissance, synthetic aperture radar, and other mission equipment for regional reconnaissance, target designation, and damage assessment. As a target platform, it can simulate cruise missile and aircraft target characteristics, with mission payload exceeding 30KG.
15 WJ-600A/D The WJ-600A/D drone, equipped with CM-502KG missiles, truly achieves "complete functionality, intelligent control, reconnaissance mounting, and precision hunting."
16 HW-350 The HW-350 drone system comprises drone platform, command and control vehicle, and ground support shelter. The entire drone adopts high aspect ratio twin-boom aerodynamic configuration with composite material streamlined fuselage design, offering excellent aerodynamic efficiency, high cruise speed, and long endurance.
17 HW-310A A multi-purpose small medium-to-low altitude low-speed flight platform capable of convenient mission payload changes for aerial photography and surveying requirements.
18 HW-120 Small electric-powered drone primarily used for emergency rescue missions.
19 W5000 Large Unmanned Cargo Aircraft The Beluga Airlines W5000 unmanned cargo aircraft is a recently prominent model. It is the world's largest unmanned cargo aircraft, featuring 10.8 tons maximum takeoff weight and 5 tons maximum payload capacity, with flight range reaching 2,600 kilometers. This drone adopts traditional turboprop structural design, equipped with two domestic new turboprop engines AEP100, representing one of China's highest payload, longest range, highest overall safety, and most cost-effective large cargo drones. The W5000 unmanned cargo aircraft features autonomous piloting with ground monitoring, offering significant advantages in operational costs and efficiency, with first aircraft delivery expected in the second half of 2026.
20 TP500 Unmanned Transport Aircraft The TP500 unmanned transport aircraft is a general-purpose heavy-payload unmanned transport platform jointly developed by the First Aircraft Design and Research Institute (FADRI) of Aviation Industry Corporation of China and Yitong UAV Systems Co., Ltd. It is also the first large unmanned transport aircraft completely developed according to Chinese civil aviation airworthiness requirements. The model can satisfy 500-kilogram standard payload with maximum range of 1,800 kilometers. Its application scope covers feeder cargo aviation, remote area material transport, and can extend to special mission fields such as forest fire prevention and maritime rescue. The TP500 began mass production assembly in October 2023 and completed maiden flight of airworthiness certification configuration in February 2025. As of March 2025, it has received 286 letters of intent, planning to complete airworthiness certification through hundreds of research and development test flights.
21 SA750U Multi-Purpose Light Transport Aircraft The SA750U large unmanned transport aircraft is an independently developed domestic unmanned transport model by Hunan Shanhe Huayu Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., strategically coordinated by Shanhe Xinghang, successfully completing maiden flight at Shaanxi Jingbian UAV Test Airport on August 22, 2024. The aircraft features 7.5 tons maximum takeoff weight, 3.2 tons maximum commercial payload, 25.8 cubic meters cargo compartment volume, utilizing fully domestic systems and materials design, with rapid cargo loading/unloading, short takeoff and landing, and efficient airdrop capabilities. Its application fields encompass feeder logistics, specific scenario material delivery, and forest firefighting operations.
