香港伟业软件股份有限公司（要约人）与桦欣控股有限公司（股份代码：01657，以下简称“桦欣控股”）联合公告称，因需额外时间编制及落实综合文件所需资料，将延迟寄发有关要约收购的综合文件。
据公告，原应不迟于2026年6月25日寄发的综合文件，包含要约详情、独立董事委员会意见函、独立财务顾问意见函及接纳表格等内容。由于需进一步准备独立财务顾问意见函及重大变动确认书等资料，要约人及桦欣控股已向执行人员申请豁免严格遵守收购守则规则8.2，执行人员已表示有意批准将寄发截止日期延长至2026年7月10日或之前。
公告指出，综合文件连同相关接纳及转让表格寄发时，双方将联合作出进一步公告。同时，公告提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖桦欣控股证券时应审慎行事，如有疑问可咨询专业顾问。
此次要约为香港伟业软件代表要约人提出的无条件强制性现金要约，收购桦欣控股全部已发行股份（要约人及一致行动人士已拥有及/或同意收购者除外）。
