潍柴动力 (02338) 于2026年7月14日发布公告，披露已于深圳证券交易所回购并注销限制性A股合计21,924,000股（即2,192.40万股），占回购前公司已发行股份总数的0.253%。本次回购所涉股份每股价格为人民币4.894元，合计支付对价人民币约1.07亿元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本由原先的6,719,104,621股减少至6,697,180,621股，库存股数量维持为零不变。
据公告，本次回购基于股东于2025年2月10日召开股东大会、A股类别股东大会及H股类别股东大会上所授予的回购及注销授权，并按照相关规定和董事会决议实施。公司确认，已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及适用的法律法规规定。
