Conch Mat Tech Seeks Shareholder Approval to Raise Cement Admixtures Supply Cap to RMB780.00 Million

Anhui Conch Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Conch Mat Tech) has issued a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 7 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, to vote on a single ordinary resolution.

Key resolution • Approval of a supplemental agreement with Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (Conch Cement) to revise the annual transaction cap under the existing Cement Admixtures Supply Agreement to RMB780.00 million.

Meeting logistics • Venue: Conference Room 206, Building B, No. 8 Fuzhou Road, Jiujiang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, PRC. • Shareholders wishing to appoint proxies must submit completed proxy forms to Tricor Investor Services Limited (for H shareholders) or the Company’s Board office in Wuhu (for domestic shareholders) no later than 10:00 a.m. on 6 July 2026. • Joint shareholders may vote in person or by proxy; the vote of the first-named shareholder on the register will prevail if multiple joint holders attend.

Voting instructions • Shareholders may vote “For,” “Against,” or “Abstain” on the resolution. • In the absence of specific voting instructions, appointed proxies are authorized to vote at their discretion, including on any additional proposals raised during the meeting.

The proposed increase in the annual cap reflects an adjustment to the scale of transactions with Conch Cement and requires shareholder approval to take effect.
