HOSPITAL CORP releases 2025 annual report and AGM materials online, invites shareholders to opt for e-communication

Hospital Corporation of China Limited (HOSPITAL CORP) has uploaded its 2025 Annual Report, the circular for the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) and the related proxy form to both the company website (www.hcclhealthcare.com) and HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders encountering difficulties accessing the documents electronically can request free printed copies by emailing HospitalCorp.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The company is encouraging investors to register an email address to receive future actionable corporate communications electronically. An enclosed reply form allows shareholders to: 1. Option A – consent to receive all future corporate communications electronically and obtain actionable documents via email; or 2. Option B – continue receiving printed versions.

Completed reply forms should be returned to Computershare by post or email. In the absence of a valid email address, future actionable communications and related notifications will be mailed in hard copy to the address on record.

For enquiries, shareholders may contact the registrar’s hotline on (852) 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays). The notice is signed by Chairman Chen Shuai on behalf of the board and dated 28 April 2026.
