Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a notable change in shareholdings for XINGFA ALUM (HKEX: 00098) on June 10. The total value of shares transferred amounted to HK$333 million, which constitutes 11.46% of the company's issued share capital.
Specifically, a company shareholder transferred 48,200,100 shares into Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) and moved 42,800,100 shares out from UBS Securities Hong Kong.
In a separate corporate announcement, XINGFA ALUM declared a final dividend of HK$0.5 per share for the year ending December 31, 2025, which is scheduled for payment on June 23, 2026.
