Guangdong Investment Limited (Stock Code: 00270) announced that effective 28 October 2025, there will be changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. He Zhifeng, aged 47, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (International Business Management) and a Doctoral Degree in Laws (Economic Sociology), and has held various senior positions at Guangdong Yuecai Investment Holdings Limited and other subsidiaries within the Guangdong Holdings group.

Mr. He currently serves as a Designated External Director of Water Conservancy Electric Power Survey and Design Institute Company Limited and GDH Capital Group Co., Ltd., both under Guangdong Holdings and GDH, respectively. According to the terms of his appointment, he will serve until the conclusion of the first general meeting of Guangdong Investment after his appointment and will then be eligible for re-election.

On the same date, Ms. Wang Surong will resign from her position as Non-Executive Director due to other work arrangements. She has confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no further matter requiring the attention of shareholders. The Board has extended a warm welcome to Mr. He and has expressed sincere appreciation for Ms. Wang’s contributions.
