ZUOLI M-FIN (06866) Proposes Name Change to "Zuoli Kechuang Company Limited"

ZUOLI M-FIN (06866) announced that, after considering the company's business development and its proposed license return, it intends to change its Chinese name from "佐力科创小额贷款股份有限公司" to "佐力科创股份有限公司". Correspondingly, its English name will be changed from "Zuoli Kechuang Micro-finance Company Limited" to "Zuoli Kechuang Company Limited". On January 26, 2026, the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued a notice of reservation for the proposed change of the company's Chinese name to "佐力科创股份有限公司". The proposed name change is still subject to the fulfillment of the conditions set out in the announcement, which had not been met as of the date of this announcement.
