合景泰富集团（01813）7月29日晚间公告称，香港高等法院已将针对公司的清盘呈请聆讯日期由原定时间顺延至2026年12月21日。该呈请此前已多次延期，相关进展曾于2025年8月13日、2025年10月22日、2025年12月3日、2025年12月8日、2026年3月9日及2026年6月22日发布公告说明。
公司表示，将就该清盘呈请的任何重大进展适时发布进一步公告，并提醒股东及投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎，若对自身处境或应采取的行动有任何疑问，建议咨询专业顾问。
截至本公告日，合景泰富集团董事会由七名董事组成，包括执行董事孔健岷（主席）、孔健涛（行政总裁）、孔健楠及蔡风佳；独立非执行董事谭振辉、罗耀荣及黄敏明。
