In accordance with the terms outlined in the tender offer memorandum, the company has accepted, purchased, and registered validly tendered notes with a total principal amount of $295 million on January 29, 2026. Following the settlement of the tender offer and the registration of the notes acquired, the total outstanding principal amount of the notes stood at $105 million as of January 29, 2026.
