XUNCE Shares Surge Over 7% on Strategic Quantum Computing and Tokenization Partnership

Shares of XUNCE (HKEX: 03317) have surged more than 7%. At the time of writing, the stock is up 7.12% to HK$157.9, with a turnover of HK$128 million.

Catalyst for the Move

The move follows the recent formal signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Turing Quantum and Xunce Technology. The collaboration will center on a "Quantum + Token Factory" framework, aiming to be a pioneer in deeply integrating quantum technology with an industrial-scale production system for tokens.

The partnership seeks to establish a new model for industrial intelligent applications, driven by both "quantum computing and quantum security," and to jointly develop an integrated software and hardware system solution for the "Quantum + Token Factory."

This development follows a prior three-party strategic agreement between Xunce Technology, smart cockpit solution provider PATEO, and autonomous driving simulation firm Simul. That collaboration leverages PATEO's cockpit OS and edge hardware, Simul's high-value simulation scenario library, and Xunce's data infrastructure and data tokenization capabilities to jointly research Token-based physical AI and world models.

Strategic Focus and Recent Performance

Notably, Xunce is focusing its strategy on being an AI data fuel provider and is actively advancing a Token-based billing model. In April, the company's Token-call Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) saw a quarter-on-quarter increase of approximately 300%, with Token-paid revenue exceeding 5% of total revenue. The annual target is to raise this proportion to between 20% and 30%.

In May, Xunce launched TokenONE, described as the world's first TokenOS operating system. The system is designed to transform an enterprise's multi-source heterogeneous data into measurable, pricable, scenario-specific vertical Tokens and provides end-to-end trusted billing.
