Kangning Town in Liangzhou District has established a "Women's Beautiful Home Points Store" that has become a new model for rural governance, promoting spiritual civilization construction to new heights.
The town has developed comprehensive management and operation measures for the "Women's Beautiful Home Points Store," converting important village affairs into quantifiable point indicators calculated by household. This innovative approach explores a "Party leadership + points store + grassroots governance" model.
The system includes various activities in the points framework: good deeds, volunteer services, neighborhood dispute resolution, legal education, skills training, and work performance. Points are also tied to the "Zero Waste and Beautiful Liangzhou" initiative and sanitary toilet maintenance. A specific "negative list" has been established where behaviors such as improper garbage disposal and failure to support elderly parents result in point deductions. Point exchanges are conducted monthly on a fixed schedule.
By the end of September, the store had conducted three exchange activities, benefiting 30 households and exchanging a total of 1,019 points. Through this point-based reward system, a culture of helping others and respecting the elderly has taken root throughout the town.
