周三（6月18日），沪上阿姨午后逆市冲高，涨超11%，升级果蔬茶配方增加膳食纤维，茶饮迈入健康消费新时代。
消息面上，近日，沪上阿姨推出五款全新升级的“超级果蔬茶系列”，在膳食纤维含量上为消费者做“加法”。
同一时间，沪上阿姨还发布了《中国现制茶饮膳食营养升级白皮书》（以下简称《白皮书》），《白皮书》是由权威机构中营惠营养健康研究院编撰、中国营养学会的营养健康研究院指导，通过科学全面的阐述合理膳食和膳食营养平衡对人体生长、免疫和健康的重要性，结合消费者日益升级和个性化的健康茶饮新需求，提出“每日健康+”全新理念，倡导面对不断升级的健康茶饮需求，以及行业出现的产品结构高度趋同，营销手段陷入“品牌联名+价格战”循环等问题，通过产品创新、完善产业链标准，推动行业健康可持续发展。可以看到，新茶饮行业从早前的“卷价格”开始“卷健康”，茶饮品牌将更多注意力回归到产品创新研发的本质上，重塑行业价值。
