NCI Successfully Issues 10 Billion Yuan in Perpetual Capital Bonds

NCI (HKEX: 01336) has announced the successful issuance of perpetual capital bonds.

The company stated that, with approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration and the People's Bank of China, it completed the issuance of 10 billion yuan in perpetual capital bonds on the national interbank bond market on July 23, 2026. The bonds were first issued on July 21.

The total issuance size of this bond series is 10 billion yuan. The initial coupon rate for the first five years is set at 1.90%. This rate will be subject to adjustment every five years starting from the payment deadline date. The issuer holds a conditional redemption right on each interest payment date from the fifth year onward.

According to the announcement, the funds raised from this bond issuance will be used to replenish the company's core tier-two capital, enhance its solvency, and support the sustained and stable development of its business operations, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
