Scorching Dragon Schedules 14 August 2026 Board Meeting to Approve 1H26 Results and Consider Interim Dividend

Scorching Dragon Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 14 August 2026 to review and approve the unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the potential declaration of an interim dividend.

The meeting notice, released on 4 August 2026, was signed by Executive Director and Chairman Mr. Chan Yuen Lung Alfred. The board currently comprises two executive directors—Mr. Chan Yuen Lung Alfred and Ms. Tang Po Yee Joey—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Chow Yik, Mr. Yu Kwan Tseung Alvin and Mr. Tam Tsz Hin.

The announcement states that the directors collectively accept full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the disclosed information, which has been published in accordance with GEM Listing Rules.
