HK Robotics releases 2025/26 annual report, circular and proxy form online; printed copies available on request

Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited (“HK Robotics”) on 16 July 2026 issued a notification to non-registered shareholders confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.hkrobotics.ai) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, represented by Executive Director Mr Li Haitao, recommends shareholders and the investing public consult the online documents (“Website Version”). Stakeholders who experience difficulties with email notifications or online access may request hard copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 370-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must supply a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”). Until an email address is on file, notices of publication will be dispatched in printed form only.
