Hotung Investment reshuffles board committees after 2026 AGM

Hotung Investment Holdings Limited announced on Apr, 23 2026 that it has reorganised the membership of its Audit, Nominating and Remuneration committees following the conclusion of its annual general meeting held the same day.

Non-independent non-executive director Dr. Philip N. Pillai and independent non-executive director Mr. Kung-Wha Ding retired from the board, resulting in their exit from the Audit Committee and the chairmanships of the Nominating and Remuneration committees, respectively.

Independent non-executive director Ms. Shih-Ping Chen has been appointed chair of both the Nominating and Remuneration committees, and joins the Nominating Committee as a member. Non-independent non-executive director Mr. Andy C.W. Chen joins the Audit Committee, while independent non-executive director Mr. Hwai-Hsin Liang becomes a member of the Remuneration Committee.

The committees are now constituted as follows:

• Audit Committee – Ms. Lan Yuan (Chair), Mr. Andy C.W. Chen and Mr. David Chong. • Nominating Committee – Ms. Shih-Ping Chen (Chair), Ms. Tsui-Hui Huang and Ms. Lan Yuan. • Remuneration Committee – Ms. Shih-Ping Chen (Chair), Mr. Chang-Pang Chang and Mr. Hwai-Hsin Liang.
