China Industrial Securities International (6058) Announces US$15 Million Purchase of Trust Certificates

China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited (the Group) disclosed that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CISI Investment, acquired additional trust certificates with a total principal amount of US$15,000,000 on 27 January 2026 and 6 February 2026. The purchases were made on the open market at an aggregate consideration of around US$15,004,590.

The acquired trust certificates are part of a US$500,000,000 issuance by APICORP Sukuk Limited, obligor being Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation, trading as The Arab Energy Fund. The certificates are set at a fixed rate of 4.721% per annum, maturing on 3 February 2036.

According to the announcement, the acquisitions constitute a discloseable transaction under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. The Group indicated that the acquisitions aim to diversify its investment portfolio and generate stable returns within an acceptable risk profile. The purchases were funded from internal resources and did not involve connected parties.
