叙福楼集团有限公司（01978）8月19日公告，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步审阅，预计期内将录得股东应占亏损不多于1,800万港元，而上年同期亏损约为60万港元。
公司表示，亏损扩大主要由以下因素综合导致： 1. 消费需求低迷及集团对餐厅网络进行战略重组，令收益减少； 2. 本期产生一次性开支，包括关闭表现未达预期门店的物业、厂房及设备撇销，以及部分门店相关资产及使用权资产的减值拨备； 3. 受联营公司自2026年5月开始营运所产生的初始创立及营运前成本影响，集团应占联营公司亏损增加。
叙福楼集团称，期间公司积极采取措施以减轻负面影响并维持业务稳定，包括引进及开发新品牌、与业主协商减租、改善供应商条款以及推出多样化推广活动，并对营运资金进行管理以保持现金流健康。
公司目前正编制2026年中期未经审计业绩，相关数据仍可能调整。中期业绩公告预计将于2026年8月27日公布。公司提醒投资者审慎决策。
