找钢产业互联集团于2026年1月7日公布2025年12月（截至12月31日）股份变动月报。报告显示，公司于本月完成90,000股B类普通股转换为A类普通股，不涉及新增发行或回购。
本月末，公司法定股本保持在A类普通股1,700,000,000股、B类普通股300,000,000股，合计注册股本100,000美元，与上月一致。已发行股份方面，A类普通股（不含库存股）由上月底的879,595,999股增至879,685,999股，B类普通股（不含库存股）则由191,035,862股降至190,945,862股，合计总量维持不变。
公告同时披露，公司并无因行使股份期权或权证而新增发行股份，亦无库藏股变动。截至2025年12月31日，库存股数量维持为460,500股。公司声明已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。本次月报由联席公司秘书孟龙签署。
