民生银行(01988)发布2025年年度股东会通知，董事会建议派发2025年度末期现金股利，每10股派发人民币0.53元（含税），该方案尚需提交6月17日召开的年度股东会审议批准。连同已派发的中期现金股利每10股1.36元，2025年全年累计拟派发现金股利每10股1.89元，总额约82.74亿元人民币。末期股息拟定于2026年8月10日向H股股东派发，并为其提供人民币或等值港币的派息选择。截至2025年末，该行已发行股份约437.82亿股，末期派息总额约23.20亿元。H股股权登记日为2026年6月29日，6月24日至29日期间将暂停办理股份过户登记。
