Youzan Technology Limited (8083) announced that it has submitted a formal application on 28 October 2025 for the proposed transfer of its listing from GEM to the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The company also indicated there has been no change in its principal business over the past three financial years, and there are no current plans to alter its core operations following the proposed listing transfer.

The timetable of the listing transfer has not been finalized. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to be aware that it remains conditional upon meeting all Main Board listing requirements and obtaining necessary regulatory consents.
