代币化公司Securitize股价周四大幅飙升，此前美国最高证券监管机构为交易平台在美国推出代币化股票铺平了道路。Securitize股价早盘一度攀升22%。今年7月，在股东批准其与Cantor Fitzgerald旗下特殊目的收购公司合并后，该公司在纽约证券交易所首次亮相。
加密货币交易所Bullish同样录得约6%的涨幅。该交易所此前达成了一项价值42亿美元的交易，收购转让代理机构Equiniti，旨在为企业发行人提供全面的代币化服务。
美国证券交易委员会（SEC）周四宣布，将对获授权的交易场所豁免某些规则，这些规则此前阻碍了模仿上市公司股票的数字代币交易。该机构的所谓“创新豁免”立即生效，有效期五年。
