山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（威高股份，01066）于2026年7月22日公告，当日通过香港联交所场内回购79.00万股H股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本的0.0177%，每股回购价介乎3.27港元至3.39港元，总金额约262.65万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）由4,460,627,924股减少至4,459,837,924股，库藏股相应增至62,494,400股。截至公告日，公司股份总数仍为4,522,332,324股。根据公司于2026年5月29日通过的购回授权，威高股份可回购股份总数为4.46亿股，截至目前已合计回购约516.84万股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本的1.1576%。
公司在公告中确认，本次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，并由公司董事会正式授权及审批。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
