Braze shares surged 15.3% in overnight trading, after the customer engagement software company posted fiscal second-quarter results that beat Wall Street expectations and issued upbeat guidance. The company’s strong performance was driven by double-digit year-over-year revenue growth and a sharp improvement in non-GAAP profitability metrics.

BILL Holdings shares jumped 9.9% in overnight trading. Activist investor Starboard Value owns an 8.5% stake in BILL Holdings and intends to run a boardroom challenge to push for changes at the financial automation software company that serves small and midsize businesses around the world.

ServiceTitan shares jumped 8.7% in overnight trading after the trade-focused software firm reported fiscal second-quarter results and guidance that both topped Wall Street's forecast.
