LX Technology buys back 91,800 shares for HKD 1.98 million; treasury stock rises to 1.66 million shares

Hong Kong, 19 May 2026—LX Technology Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 91,800 ordinary shares on 19 May 2026 via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 21.38 to HKD 21.58, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 21.5269 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 1.98 million, and all repurchased shares are retained as treasury shares.

Capital structure after the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 351,597,600 from 351,689,400, representing a 0.0261 % reduction. • Treasury shares increased to 1,661,400 from 1,569,600. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 353,259,000.

Repurchase mandate status: • Shareholders granted the current mandate on 6 June 2025, authorising the company to buy back up to 35,325,900 shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1,661,400 shares, equivalent to 0.4703 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. • A moratorium restricts new share issues or sales/transfers of treasury shares until 18 June 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with Main Board Listing Rules and reported no material changes to the previously filed explanatory statement.
