中国新消费集团有限公司 (股票代号：8275) 发布公告称，于2025年11月28日及12月4日通过大手交易出售456,600股赛目股份，平均售价为每股13.9港元，总代价约6.35百万港元（不包括交易成本），相当于赛目已发行股本总数的约0.34%。
公告显示，中国新消费集团及其间接全资附属公司朗莱在上述交易完成后，将不再持有任何赛目股份。每股13.9港元的平均售价较赛目股份于2025年11月27日及12月3日在联交所的收市价12.9港元及13港元分别溢价约7.75%及6.92%。董事会表示，这一价格经与买方公平磋商后订立，认为出售事项属公平合理并符合整体利益。
公告同时指出，上述出售乃透过大宗交易方式进行，独立第三方经纪代理人负责安排，无法确定收购赛目股份的对手方身份。董事经合理查询后确认，对手方及其最终实益拥有人均属独立第三方。公告强调，本次补充信息不会影响此前公告所载资料。
