Contel Technology: Court Approves Withdrawal of Winding-Up Petitions Against Two Subsidiaries

Contel Technology Company Limited (Contel) announced that the High Court of Hong Kong approved the withdrawal of winding-up petitions against its wholly owned subsidiaries, Flyring Electronic Limited and IH Technology Limited, on 5 May 2026.

The legal representative of the subsidiaries received formal notice from the Court confirming the withdrawal. As a result, the petitions—first disclosed on 2 March 2026—have been withdrawn by the petitioner. Contel states that, as of 11 May 2026, no other legal proceedings are pending against the subsidiaries.

The board of Contel remains led by Chairman Lam Keung, with two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
