Piper Sandler's autumn teen survey, which interviewed approximately 9,000 respondents, showed that Vans has joined the ranks of the top footwear brands preferred by male consumers.

Analyst Anna Andreeva wrote in a research note to clients: "As a footwear brand favored by the overall male consumer base (which represents the vast majority of the company's customer group), Vans maintained its No. 7 ranking, after the brand had seen continuous declines in the previous three surveys; among high-income males, the brand moved up one spot." She noted that in the second quarter of VF's fiscal year 2027, Vans showed strong online traffic performance, and offline foot traffic to stores also showed a positive trend.

Andreeva also raised her price target from $16 to $20, implying a potential upside of 26.7% compared to Monday's closing price.
