Alpha Professional Delays Despatch of Major Transaction Circular to 23 October 2026

Alpha Professional Holdings Limited has postponed the issuance of its shareholder circular related to a previously announced major transaction involving a series of Tenancy Agreements.

The company’s 23 September 2026 announcement had targeted 15 October 2026 for mailing the document. Alpha Professional now expects to dispatch the circular on or before 23 October 2026, citing the need for additional time to complete and verify information required under Hong Kong Listing Rules, including full transaction details and the notice of the forthcoming special general meeting.

The board currently comprises Executive Directors Zhao Lei (also Chief Executive Officer) and Tu Chunan, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Li Chak Hung, Chen Jianguo and Huang Xin.
