香港，2026年8月3日——呷哺呷哺餐饮管理（中国）控股有限公司（00520）公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月之盈利预告。公司预计期内收入约为人民币15亿元，同比减少约23%。
同期净亏损预计介乎人民币29百万元至39百万元，比2025年同期录得的净亏损约人民币81百万元大幅收窄，降幅介乎约64%至51%。
公司将净亏损减少归因于多项提质增效举措，包括： 1. 推行供应链精益化发展战略，通过仓网集约化改革及采购动态复盘机制改善成本结构； 2. 深耕会员运营体系，提高会员消费贡献度与活跃度； 3. 持续推进餐厅网络结构性升级，战略性关闭低效网点，对关闭及持续亏损餐厅的资产减值损失计提金额预计同比减少约30%。
在业务布局方面，集团表示将继续聚焦多品牌战略与数字化经营，推进“呷哺牧场”“呷牛排”等新业态，完善全链路数据平台，并强化外送业务以对冲堂食客流波动。
