香港宽频有限公司（01310）8月11日公告称，自2026年8月11日起，公司秘书及授权代表将进行调整。现任公司秘书兼授权代表吴育仪女士已辞任，并确认与董事会无意见分歧，且无其他事项需提请股东及香港联合交易所有限公司关注。
董事会同时宣布，江领恩女士将自2026年8月11日出任公司秘书及授权代表。公告显示，江女士目前担任公司总监－公司秘书及企业管治，为香港特别行政区高等法院律师，拥有公司治理硕士、法律学士、经济学士及法学专业证书资格。她亦为香港律师会会员、香港公司治理公会资深会员及特许公司治理公会资深会员，并曾在多家上市公司从事企业及商业法律事务、上市公司合规与企业管治等工作。
公司董事会对吴育仪女士在任期间的贡献表示感谢，并对江领恩女士的加入表示欢迎。
截至本公告日，香港宽频董事会成员包括：执行董事凌浩先生（主席）、李昕先生、沈庆义先生；非执行董事罗伟民先生；独立非执行董事张明明女士、钟郝仪女士、钟洁仪女士。
