Hygieia Group Limited (01650) released its monthly return on movements in securities for November 2025. The authorized share capital at the end of the month remained at HKD 100,000,000, with no increase or decrease from the preceding month.
The total issued ordinary shares stayed at 2,000,000,000, and there were no treasury shares. Under the share option scheme adopted on 8 June 2020, no new shares were issued or transferred during the period, though 200,000,000 shares remain available for potential issuance or transfer.
