ACME INTL HLDGS (01870) announced that on May 28, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Green Global Development Limited, entered into a cooperative framework agreement with LONGi Solar Technology Co., Ltd. The agreement aims to establish a strategic partnership concerning green power energy projects and related product supply in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Pursuant to the agreement, the parties intend to collaborate in the green power energy project sector. This includes, but is not limited to, investment in, construction, operation, and supply of related products for solar and energy storage projects across Southeast Asia and Oceania, including New Zealand, Australia, and Pacific Island nations. The anticipated scope of cooperation encompasses a total solar power generation capacity exceeding 300MW and a total energy storage project capacity exceeding 60MW/240MWh.
Depending on the specific requirements of individual projects, Green Global's affiliates or partner companies will negotiate and sign separate detailed technical service, equipment procurement, or supply agreements with LONGi Solar. Under the framework agreement, LONGi Solar will provide necessary support in the regions where Green Global's projects operate and will prioritize handling the service and product demands related to Green Global's projects. The two parties will execute formal agreements covering specific cooperation terms, including pricing, quantity, delivery arrangements, and technical specifications.
The group has been actively exploring business and investment opportunities in the green power energy sector and continues to advance its power generation, energy storage projects, and related EPC service business in Southeast Asia and Oceania. The Board of Directors believes that entering into this cooperation agreement helps the group establish a collaborative framework with an industrial partner possessing leading market status and technical strength, thereby advancing the development of the group's green power energy business.
The Board also considers that LONGi Solar's extensive experience and technical advantages in photovoltaic product R&D, manufacturing, and global supply can provide industrial resources and technical support for the group's expansion in green power energy projects. The proposed cooperation is expected to enable the group to leverage LONGi Solar's technology, product supply, and service support in photovoltaics and related green power energy products. This will enhance the group's capabilities in regional green power energy market development, project implementation, and supply chain synergy, while further optimizing the group's supply chain.
In particular, the solar power projects in the Philippines and distributed project clusters in New Zealand covered by the agreement, with a combined scale exceeding 300MW, will assist the group in accelerating the development of its regional project portfolio. This cooperation aligns with the group's long-term business development strategy and the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
