Overseas visitors spent 263.6 billion yuan in China from January to July this year, up 27.8% year-on-year, while the number of foreign travelers using the departure tax refund service surged more than threefold during the period. The "China Travel" and "China Shopping" trends remain exceptionally strong.

According to data from major travel platforms, among the top 20 source countries and regions for inbound tourism this summer, European nations accounted for 30%, with bookings from these markets jumping 275% year-on-year and ticket orders soaring by more than 20 times.

Domestic brands are gaining significant international traction, with a growing number of cultural and smart products now appearing on foreign tourists' must-buy lists. Foldable smartphones, AI glasses, and smart wristbands have all emerged as new favorites among international visitors.

Meanwhile, continuous improvements in services are enhancing the overall shopping experience, and streamlined departure tax refund procedures are delivering greater convenience for travelers.
