蚬壳电业于二零二五年十二月三十一日止年度实现营业收入2.18亿元，较上一年度的2.57亿元减少0.39亿元。销售成本为1.66亿元（上一年度为1.86亿元），带动毛利降至0.51亿元，毛利率由27.6%下降至23.6%。报告期内，本公司拥有人应占溢利为0.09亿元，上一年度为0.26亿元，每股基本及摊薄盈利由1.318港仙降至0.474港仙。其他全面收益为28.90万元，令本公司拥有人应占年内全面收益总额达0.10亿元。
于报告期末，集团非流动资产为1,971.10万元，流动资产1.66亿元，资产总额1.86亿元；流动负债0.60亿元，非流动负债65.80万元，净资产1.25亿元，流动比率由2.98倍降至2.77倍，负债比率维持为零。期末现金及银行结余为0.71亿元（上一年度为0.90亿元），股本0.20亿元，储备1.05亿元，权益总额1.25亿元（上一年度为1.36亿元）。
整体而言，年内收入与利润均呈下降趋势，主要受售价调整与毛利水平下滑影响；期间内成本结构亦因原材料成本上升而产生一定压力。
