TS WONDERS（01767）8月4日公告称，公司董事会决定变更首发募集资金余额的用途，将原计划用于“扩充劳动力”的5.7百万元港元全部转向“丰富现有坚果及马铃薯片产品（扩大产能及产品多样化）”。
公告显示，公司2018年12月完成上市后共募得约66.8百万元港元（扣除上市开支后）。截至2025年12月31日及本公告日期，已使用金额约61.1百万元港元，尚未使用的资金为5.7百万元港元。
调整前的募集资金分配计划为：47.0百万元港元用于扩充坚果及马铃薯片产能及产品多样化；7.6百万元港元用于扩充劳动力；12.2百万元港元用于营运资金。上述三项中，已有47.0百万元港元及12.2百万元港元分别按计划投入，扩充劳动力项目已使用1.9百万元港元，剩余5.7百万元港元即本次调配资金。
公司表示，重新分配后的5.7百万元港元将用于购买厂房及设备，以进一步扩大坚果及薯片产品线产能，支持业务增长。公司预计这笔未动用资金将于2027年12月31日前全部使用完毕。
董事会称，此次调整旨在提高资金使用效率，不会对集团的业务运营、财务状况或发展前景造成重大不利影响。
